By using the bdg9.pro website and its associated mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). bdg9 is operated by BDG Technologies Ltd., which is licensed under an international gaming licence.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy- together with bdg9 constitute the entire agreement between you and bdg9. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the platform.

To register and use an account on bdg9, you must be at least 18 years Any underage user found accessing the platform will have their account immediately closed and all associated transactions voided.

You confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old, or the legal age required in your jurisdiction.
• You are legally eligible to participate in online gaming.
• Online gaming is not prohibited in your region.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as a representative of any third party.

• Minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1,000.
• Processing is typically completed within 1–48 business hours.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing any funds derived from a bonus.
• Additional verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.

Bdg9 strictly complies with anti-money laundering regulations. Any suspicious transactions identified may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Bdg9 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which must be read before claiming.

General Bonus Terms:

• Wagering Requirement: Most bonuses require the bonus amount to be wagered a set number of times before withdrawal (typically 10x–30x).
• Timeframe: Every bonus has a set expiry date. Once expired, the bonus will be automatically forfeited.

• Creating or operating more than one account.
• Using another person's account or placing bets on someone else's behalf.
• Using bots, automation software, or any other unfair technical advantage.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Attempting to hack the platform's system or software.
• Threatening, harassing, or showing disrespectful behaviour towards other players or staff.
• Bonus abuse or chargeback fraud.

Violating any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of your balance without notice. In serious cases, legal action may also be taken.

Bdg9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Registering with false or inaccurate information.
• If fraudulent or deceptive activity is detected.
• Upon submitting a self-exclusion request.
• If the platform's security is under threat.

You may close your account at any time. Any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded, provided all verification requirements have been met.

Bdg9 accepts limited liability for any direct or indirect losses arising from use of the platform. bdg9 is not responsible for:

• Loss of a game or bet due to internet disconnection.
• Errors on third-party servers or payment gateways.
• Account issues resulting from the user's own negligence.
• Financial losses resulting from gaming.
